Custom 5-Channel Bubble Tester for Wire Harness
Five independently controlled air channels use visible bubbles to locate leaks in wire harness Heat Shrink Tubes and sealed connectors.
The actual price depends on product customization.
Product Overview
- The custom 5-channel bubble tester for wire harness is designed to inspect Heat Shrink Tubes, branch seals and connector joints for waterproofing and leakage.
- Five independent pneumatic circuits can start and stop separately, allowing multiple parts to be tested in parallel and simplifying loading, testing and result confirmation.
- During testing, clean compressed air is introduced at a set pressure and the sealed section is immersed in water. A continuous stream of bubbles provides direct leak detection and location.
- Fixtures, sealing connectors, channel count and equipment layout can be customized for harness length, connector type, test pressure and production cycle time.

Appearance & Interaction Design
Integrated Test Bench
The water tank, pneumatic circuits, loading stations and control buttons are integrated into a benchtop unit for straightforward installation and daily operation.
Digital Pressure Display
The digital pressure display makes the current test pressure easy to monitor during each bubble test.
Core Advantages
5-Channel Parallel Testing
Each of the five pneumatic circuits has its own connector and start/stop control. Channels can run independently or test multiple wire harnesses at once to improve station utilization.
Direct Visual Leak Location
The water immersion bubble test identifies whether a part leaks and shows the exact defect location on Heat Shrink Tubes, connectors or other sealed sections.
Custom Fixtures and Process
Sealing connectors, loading fixtures, water tank size and channel configuration can be customized for the harness length, branch count, connector type and required test pressure.
Application Scenarios
Automotive Wire Harness Assemblies
Test the waterproof integrity of harness branches, terminal connectors and sealed sections.
Heat Shrink Tubes
Locate leaks caused by uneven shrinking, insufficient coverage or process damage.
Wire Harness Branch Joints
Verify sealing integrity where multiple wires converge or where potting material is applied.
Waterproof Connections
Inspect assembled connections between wire harnesses, connectors, sleeves and sealing joints.
